Renata Boero: Canvases
Share
From June 4 to November 9, 2025, the Civic Museums of Palazzo Buonaccorsi in Macerata will host the exhibition Teleri, dedicated to Renata Boero, one of the protagonists of contemporary Italian artistic research.
The exhibition, curated by Vittoria Coen and Giuliana Pascucci, highlights the artist's profound connection to color as a living material. In the Teleri, natural pigments and gestures become traces of memory, evoking ancestral rituals and reflections on female identity in late twentieth-century art.
The exhibition presents works of great chromatic and poetic intensity, in which painting transforms into a vital gesture, capable of engaging with space and the viewer's perception. Boero's research, begun in the 1960s, continues to evolve here, balancing tradition and experimentation.
With Teleri, Renata Boero reaffirms the centrality of painting as a universal language, an art that is not limited to the surface but becomes an immersive experience, between matter, nature, and spirituality.
