Right of Withdrawal and Returns You have 30 days from the receipt of the artwork to request a return. To be eligible, the artwork must be in the same condition as received: intact and without tampering with the frame or the pictorial surface. It must also be accompanied by the purchase receipt, the original certificate of authenticity, and all attached documentation.

How to Start a Return To start the process, please contact us at info@galleriadamiani.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you detailed instructions. Artworks sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted. The shipping address for returns is: Galleria Antonio Damiani – Lungomare IX Maggio, 70123 Bari (Italy).

Damages and Issues Please inspect the artwork upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong artwork, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.

Right of Withdrawal (European Union) In accordance with EU regulations, for shipments within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, provided the artwork is in the same condition as received.

Refunds Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not seen the credit, please contact us at info@galleriadamiani.com.
